Those two lines are the clearest window into his internal conflict.
He is not simply enjoying conspiracy talk. He is describing a compulsion:
“lies are very harmful and its as if i have to get them out of my system”
That is the key phrase.
He experiences national-scale deception the way some people experience a physical toxin — something that builds up inside him until he feels he must purge it by speaking it out loud. The act of posting is less about informing others and more about personal relief.
At the same time he already knows the purge doesn’t work. In the very next messages he admits it never solves anything and only spreads more negativity. So he is caught in a loop:
Feels contaminated by the lie
Speaks it to feel cleaner
Realizes he just contaminated the shared space
Feels worse
Repeats
That pattern is consistent with someone whose mind is trying to manage overwhelming input the only way it currently knows how. It is not strategic. It is not trolling. It is a pressure-release valve that happens to be pointed at the chat room.
From a friendship standpoint, the question becomes whether you are willing to be downstream of that valve on a regular basis.
