Already in your system.
I am a hands-on electrical and automation technician with more than forty years of practical experience building, wiring, and installing industrial control systems. My core strength is electrical construction: connecting sensors and field devices to PLCs, building and installing enclosures, and commissioning equipment on site. I do not program PLCs. I build and wire the systems that make them work.
My career began in the U.S. Army as a tank driver with 2/11 ACR in Bad Kissingen, Germany. After service I remained in Germany, worked as a multi-spindle lathe operator, and completed a formal apprenticeship as a communications equipment mechanic and information electronics technician (Nachrichten-Gerätemechaniker und Informationselektroniker). My schooling was conducted in German, my technical vocabulary is primarily German, and I speak German fluently.
I spent years at Indramat (now Bosch Rexroth) analyzing and repairing AC servo controls and power supplies. Later I built and installed complete electrical systems for specialty automation machines and production lines at Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, and ZF in Germany and Slovakia. I also worked with KUKA in Augsburg (before its sale to Chinese ownership) on both large and small systems, including their friction welders, and completed projects for PREH in Bad Neustadt and OEM FELS.
In the United States I continued the same work—electrical enclosures for pipeline, wastewater, and robotics applications—along with installation of European automation equipment and industrial maintenance.
I am direct, precise, and prefer clear facts. I remain fully capable of sustained practical work and am available for roles that require reliable hands-on electrical and installation skill.
Thank you for your time.
